Any form of Dry Ice, by means of controlled
mechanical stress, is changed into fine or
rough blasting particles. Our brand new
Dry Ice Management is the heart of the
LT-100. Performs continuously and
evenly. You control the Dry Ice particle size
and quantity. The particle flow is fed into the
blast air stream by our proven 2-Hose
delivery method.
When Dry Ice of a defined small particle size
is used for blasting, instead of conventional
3mm pellets, the Dry Ice material utilization
is optimized to the max. The vast increase of
particles to surface contact points per cm3
Dry Ice used, provides low ice consumption
across the entire blast pressure range
without compromising cleaning results.
